Does sleepwalk eating count? You know, like when you wake up in the morning and the little jar of Djon is scraped clean & there’s a spoon inside of it?

  6. Fasting physically and mentally is cleansing and helps us recieve the nutrients we need to carry us to the next step.

I agree, and now science is weighing in with positive results.

      • They’ve studied rats who were always a bit hungry to rats who were never hungry and the ones who were a bit hungry, lived longer. I think that applies to more than food, in fact it’s a theory of mine that it is good to always be a bit hungry, hungry for food, hungry toward a goal, hungry in love, etc., something to strive toward…. better than being always sated.

  7. I don’t think it is made to fast. To eat responsibly and moderately, yes; too fast, no.
